Set up in 1995, Xinchang Kaiyuan Automobile Bearings Co., Ltd. specializes in manufacturing auto wheel bearings (DAC series), auto hub units (including second and third generation), auto tensioner bearings, auto generator bearings and non-standard bearings. Our company is located in Xinchang High-Tech Industrial Park, near Ningbo and Shanghai Harbor. There are 300 staff. Our factory occupies an area of 28,000 square meters including 18,000 square meters of building area. Since 1995, replying on scientific management, strong technology power, precise equipment, advanced process and accurate instruments, we have achieved great development. We have passed the certification of ISO9001 quality system and are preparing for ISO/TS16949 evaluation. At present, our company has achieved an annual production capacity of 3,000,000 pieces of auto wheel bearings and 800,000 pieces of hub units. We can also produce bearings according to customers'' requests. Our products are characterized by stable quality, extended life and reliable performance. The technical parameters have reached the international advanced standard in this industry. They have been exported to Germany, America, Argentina, Brazil, France, Canada, Russia, the UAE and South Africa.
